By accessing and using Pingtura ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Pingtura is a smart reminder service that integrates with Notion workspaces to help users manage tasks and deadlines through automated notifications and webhook integrations.

To use our service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• Violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• Transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service

Our service operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize automatic billing for recurring charges
• Understand our refund policy as outlined in our separate Refund Policy
• Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our payment processor
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pingtura and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

The information on this service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms relating to our service.

In no event shall Pingtura, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pingtura operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
